Ticket Tailor is an independent event ticketing business founded in 2010.1 It became a Certified B Corp in 2022.1 In 2024 it reported 30 full-time employees and 25M tickets issued.1 Payments run through the organizer's own Stripe, PayPal or Square account.2 Ticket Tailor does not touch or process the ticket payments itself.2

What the paid plans add
The pricing page states that an organizer's first 5 tickets sold cost nothing.2 Each paid ticket sold counts as 1 usage, and each seated reservation counts as 1 more.3 At the listed £0.60 rate, 200 paid tickets cost £120 plus VAT.2 The pricing page lists Stripe's example US fee as 2.9% + $0.30.2

- Ticket records and scan times are stored as JSON files in Vercel Blob, an object storage service.8
